Cards2Connect

During the Covid Pandemic, Dr. Landerman-Garber teamed up with U.S. Senator Maggie Hassan (NH) to create the CARDS2CONNECT Challenge. By writing notes and cards to our Veterans who have been isolated during the Pandemic, our Veterans in hospitals, assisted living and nursing home communities will be reminded of our care and appreciation for their Service. The Program was successful in sending hundreds of cards to Veterans in N.H. Communities.

Veterans Day 2020 was celebrated by sending your cards to our NH Veterans in residential communities.

#cards2connect and #cards2REconnect Challenges were created in 2021 to send appreciation to our National Guard as they work bravely to protect our safety during these complex times as well as Serve our Country with National  vaccination efforts. Cards-of-care were also sent to deployed Troops and newly enlisted Military Members in training camps/bases.
