The final stretch is upon us and the cards are pouring in from across the Country! EAch one of your cards of holiday care and cheer are read before packed up for shipping our Troops. THe messages run from the sweet And funny to the profound and spiritual. I loved the little boy who wrote, “Dear Warrior. Happy Holidays BTW I like grilled cheese!” THe youngster who wrote , “Dear Warrior. Happy Holidays. It must be hard to be away from your family. My teacher said I should be nice to you in case you dont have a family. It just ain’t so. All of AMerica is your family and your can share mine if you want too!” THat young American , like so many, has a heart of gold, knowing that we are ONE family in this Nation
Keep your cards coming in Many have asked what happens to cards that get in after the deadline of November 15…. NOT TOO WORRY! Your cards will be either sent to stateside deployed Troops or tucked in nice n cozy for next year. I promise that your cards will get to our Troops!!!!
