I can not believe that it is October already and we are in high gear fron the 2023 Challenge! (I do apologize that it has been awhile since my last update here…)
Drum roll please… we will be sending out our ONE MILLIONTH card this year and we are not far from that mark! Already have 40,000 of your cards packed up, ready to go and your messages of care and holiday cheer are pouring in each day! KEEP THEM COMING
Folks have asked about deadlines. We hope to have your cards by 11/15/23. Let me know if that does not work for your group. We will figure it all out. No worries.
The guidelines are generally the same: Dear Warrior, Happy Holidays SOME HOME TOWN NEWS!! ( Probably the favorite part of the card for our Warriors!! Fav hobby, holiday tradition, spots, books, work, school subject. Poems Riddles, drawing. Serious fun or both!) Sign FIRST NAME ONLY City and State and if you are part of a group, business, military background/family and want to include that , please do!
NO ENVELOPES please as we learned that the recycling/trash resources on many Bases are limited AND it also saves with mailing costs (No worries if you are already put your cards in envelopes . We will be fine !)
